About the Yellow Cheese

You must be wondering how did I come up with this name, well I can disclose to you why this name pop up on my mind is because yellow is my favorite color and cheese is fundamentally one of my favorite product originated from milk. So this is the motivation behind why I kept this name. 

Well, my recipe or blog is not entirely about cheese only, I generally write about some other food blog as well. Talking about food, who doesn't like to eat, I mean like almost everyone does like to eat unless you are diet conscious. I am not a  Nutrition expert but I would definitely try to give you some advice according to the knowledge I have gained about nutrition. Never skip your breakfast and meal, people usually skip breakfast in order to lose some weight but I would recommend people to eat and not go on a diet completely and focusing more on exercise. You can do a balanced diet, eating less and doing lots and lots of work out doesn't make any sense. You will end up being physically weak and may risk your life. Everything has to be maintained equally. Keeping dynamic and eating a healthy balanced diet can also help you to maintain a healthy weight. Eat lots of vegetables it will definitely help you to reduce the risk of some chronic disease. Vegetables provide nutrients vital for health and maintenance of your body.

"Eating is a necessity but cooking is an art". I am here to share with you all the recipe that I have cooked. Give me a chance to impart to you all the tips and traps to enable you to make good and healthy food. I do not add some extraordinary ingredients.I use those ingredients that can be easily available on the market. Give your love and time to the food you are preparing it automatically becomes delicious.

My name is Annamikka Rai. I live in Darjeeling, India. Basically, I am a self-taught artist, still learning. I love animating characters, drawing and illustration is what I enjoy the most. Cooking is the second favorite thing that I enjoy. The motivation and inspiration for cooking I got from my mother. She is an extraordinary cook, everything she prepares is completely unbelievable.
