EGG SANDWICH WITH CHEESE

Egg And Cheese Sandwich Recipe
Ingredients
· 8 slice bread

· 1 medium size onion chopped
|
· 2 Boiled, peeled Eggs
|
· 1 medium size tomato chopped
|
· 1 tbsp Red chili powder
|
· 1 green chili
|
· 3 tbsp butter
|
· Shredded Cheese
|
· Salt to your taste
|
· Finely chopped coriander leaves
|
How to Make Egg and Cheese Sandwich step by step
Methods
- Boil the egg and after that peel it off
- Chop the onion, tomato, green chili, coriander into very small pieces.
- Put everything in one bowl
- Add 1 tbsp red chili powder and salt to your taste Mix everything very gently
- Spread butter on one side of all the slices of the bread
- Divide the filling into six parts and place on six slices of the bread equally.
- Add Shredded cheese on top
- Cover with the remaining slices
- Now heat the non stick pan on medium flame, put oil or butter
- Place the bread on the pan
- Flip the bread once it starts changing its color

1. Mix all chopped ingredient in a bowl add red chili powder and salt to taste
2. Spread butter on one side of all the slices of the bread and divide the filling into six parts and place on six slices of the bread equall . After that add Shredded cheese on top of the filling, dont let the filling come oout of the bread.
3.Cover with the remaining slices .Now heat the non stick pan on medium flame and put oil or butter on the pan. Place the bread on the pan
4. Flip the bread once it starts changing its color and when cheese starts to melt.
5. So now your sandwich is ready. Serve it hot with little tomato sauce on top.
